Built from a gap we couldn't ignore.

Founded in 2019, Amrit Residency was born during the challenging early days of the COVID-19 pandemic — a period when most people were heading back to their hometowns in search of safety and comfort. Amid that uncertainty, our founder, Naveen Kaushik, saw an opportunity to bring meaningful, lasting change to the accommodation experience in Gurugram.

Having previously worked in admin at Gemini Solutions, Naveen had a close-up view of a serious gap in the PG sector — particularly around cleanliness, food quality, and everyday livability. Determined to fix it, he started Amrit Residency with a single property and one clear vision: a safe, hygienic, and homely environment for people living away from their families.

What began as one property has since grown into a professionally managed network spanning independent houses, builder floors, villas, and co-living buildings across key sectors of Gurugram — run today by a dedicated in-house team of property managers and maintenance heads.
